Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your totpose account at any time.

In the app (recommended — instant)

1. Open the totpose app and sign in

2. Go to the Profile tab

3. Tap "Permanently delete account" at the bottom

4. Confirm with "Yes, delete my account"

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "delete my account". Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

What gets deleted

Your account data (email, name, date of birth, sign-in identities)
All body photos you uploaded
Designs you generated and preview images
Your credit balance and transaction history

What may be retained: purchase/billing records we are legally required to keep, for the legally mandated period. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your store (App Store / Google Play) settings — deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
